 anyone interested in real-time computer-based delay/sampling who's also 
got
a ppc or fast '68 mac w/Audiomedia and a lot of ram should investigate
Hyperprism from Arboretum Systems. All of Hyperprism's fx are realtime in
thru-mode, and there are several delay algorithms, with delay times based 
on
assigned ram.
