Use the Cool Edit Help menu- I'm sure it explains how to adjust sample rate there- also- be aware that as far as bit rate goes, you are limited by your audio card- I use VST 24 bit but can only achieve 16 bit with my current audio card- Not sure if that is related or not but good luck- - -

PS- I live in L.A.- how do I get into the NAMM show? Anyone? :)

I just purchased a new Dell, Dimension xps b733r.  I have always used cool edit and it suits my needs for recording voice clips.  but I need to adjust my sample rate. How do I do that to use with my Dell.
