wow rick, we've never met, but somehow i just didn't imagine you in a
color coordinated pleated skirt and letter sweater vest ;-)  sorry, just
kidding!

i couldn't agree with you more! so my space in downtown burbank is being
offered up unless someone else has a better space. it's about 500 sq on
the second floor (w/ ac). right now it's just a big open room and a
smaller room with a foyer (and bathroom). it's near the the village
district of burbank with no residential near so it'll be cool for music.
none of the buisiness below or directly next door are open in the
evenings. i can offer some sound gear (i could record the event too) and
a few chairs. we could comfortably fit 20-30, but could possibly squeeze
more if everyone is friendly. oh, the address is 359 east magnolia st,
burbank, ca 91501. i have a phone/fax hooked up and the number is
818/848-2057.

so there you have it! if steve and any la loopers are into it, i'm free
this weekend or any night next week.
