Echoplex all the way- the Repeater can multiply a loop by 2 or more- but 
the
EDP can Multiply ANY length and also has Insert function which again can be
of any length- or you could quantize to an external clock or or not and 
make
exact multiples of the loop- oh hey there is the "more loops" function too-
so you could also..... well- you get the idea I hope.
