This has been discussed a bit on this list.

Many of us were disappointed (even annoyed) when this unit came out 
with "Pro" in its name, yet it doesn't send MIDI clock.

All three of the Line6 rack-mount effects units have this limitation. 
They slave to MIDI clock but do not transmit it. The perception at 
Line6 seems to be that everyone who uses MIDI clock is slaving to the 
output of a sequencer - not the case with many looping musicians.

Another thing I found annoying about these units is that they feature 
clear plastic buttons with label text BEHIND the button. The button 
acts as a lens and causes the text to be unreadable from an angle.
