You should check out the Boomerang phrase sampler.

It's a little more expensive than the unit you're looking at, but it offers
simple operation for live situations, and a "foot roller" volume control 
for
adjusting the overall volume of the loops. There is also a foot switch to
toggle your dry signal in and out.
