reaktor VST plugins

I'm a Reaktor newbie, so bare with me here. With the Reaktor VST plugins, 
I 
see two sorts of the same plugin.  One plugin as FX at the end of its 
title. 
What does this mean? What is the meanin of the two plugins of the same 
component of Reaktor? Thanks
