Hi, Kris.
You can use Reaktor VST FX as a FX plugin in apps that accept VSTs such
as Sony Sound Forge, Adobe Audition, etc.  The non-FX version can be 
thought
of as a VSTi that can be used in apps like Ableton Live and others that 
can use
