Eventually. For research, I tried my Mac to play the m3u playlists at  
http://www.upsweden.com/promo/ and they were working fine in iTunes;  
changing to the next song, displaying correct song data etc (don't  
know if that comes from proper mp3 file tagging, the id3 tag, or from  
the text document that makes up the m3u playlist. Anyway, I'm pasting  
in the m3u playlist document text data below so you can check out a  
"fully working Mac compatible" m3u coding. Hope you find something  
useful.

BTW, I notice they have left spaces in the file names/search paths -  
that's bad. The computer (or if it's the server?) fills it in with  
percentage characters. Not all servers will distribute correctly if  
you use spaces in search paths, so it's better to leave out spaces  
or  type a "_" instead.
