RE: RC-50 glitch and LR levels

Also I should note that this "gap" I'm referring to is the same "skipped
playback" glitch as heard in record->playback mode (the first time through
playing back the phrase), just considerably longer in record-overdub mode.
Not a time alignment/sync issue.

Buzap-

The "full second gap" I referred to only occurs when using record->overdub
mode, not record->playback mode (the factory default operation mode). See
the manual for info on how to change the mode, and try it yourself. This
is
not a matter of patch/phrase/midi sync, quantize, or rhythm guide settings
as I have all of those turned off to begin with. Again, the longer gap
occurs only in the record->overdub mode.

Just read your mail. If you have 1-2 full second gaps, you _definitely_
have
wrong timing settings on your RC-50 - _not_ a "latency" issue.

Try the following:
- Turn down Ryhthm Guide knob all the way down to OFF
- Turn off Loop Sync
- Turn off Tempo Sync for each of the three Phrases

best regards
