RE: Why contemporary music sounds terrible



I've read that article as well, but I just did a search for it and
apparently the link is gone. The big offender if I recall was the Rush CD
'Vapor Trails' which is apparently universally slammed for it's distorted
'brick wall' limiting. I remember it was quite an issue when the CD came
out.

I did find this article with some waveform graphs though; pretty
