Re: OT: anybody dealt with tendinitis?



Claude/Adam and others continued thnx for respondign to this thread, figured others had experienced.  Mine is better though the ligament or tendon or whatever extends across back of the hand into the first finger still fills somewhat stiff and sore.  Doing mainly daily stretching assoicated with my home-made yoga.  Also trying to be more concious re playing physical body architecture and actually avoiding using that finger when I can.
