motu ultralite and Mobius midi syncronization problem

i gang,
I just got a Motu Ultralite Mk III which i am trying out,i am using 
fcb1010 midi out to motu in-motu out to drum box in.
Im sending program changes and start stop commands with my fb1010 to my 
drum box which works perfect,but as soon as i record a loop with mobius 
the midi messages seem to get interrupted and i can not do any change 
patches or do any midi start stop,i have to step on the switches several 
times for them to react.However when i disengage the midi out 
syncronization function on mobius everything works fine!
motu is chosen as my primary and only midi device under midi devices in 
mobius.
Ive checked out the messages being send with the midi monitor utility on 
my macbook and the messages seem to be being sent normally.
any ideas?
