you don't mention what size the pedalboard is!  I might be interested.  I have one but it's too big for flying around.

Have you ever tried hand carrying it onto a plane? That would be cool, but I doubt the security geeks would allow it.  I've had a hard enough time with tubes!  I wonder if it would survive in cargo???
