Certainly. But why using MIDI sync? Isn't Brother Sync better suited
for this? Or Pulse Sync? Then you can use some MIDI pedal to address
each EDP specifically by setting them to listen over unique MIDI
channels.

This post was based on the assumption that you by "two track mode"
mean using the two EDPs as two mono tracks in a multi tracking
environment, rather than using the two EDPs as *one linked stereo
track*.
