With this setting both the piano and the synth+arp shall sound as you
play on the Ozone (on any MIDI channel). If you want only one of them
to sound: mute the other one. You may also set up

This is not currently happening, if I heard both sounds I would probably have come to the same conclusion. I thought that by giving a track "focus" it selected THAT instrument, defined for that track to be the current instrument when played on the Ozone keyboard.

What I do not understand is what you mean by saying "I used to be able
to chose sound by clicking the yellow track header". I see no yellow
track headers at all?

Thats odd, the track header becomes yellow when I select it,  (and the track becomes white) maybe a different colour for you?

If you don't have any particular reason for defining the Ozone as
"Control Surface" in the preferences I suggest you make sure all
fileds in that upper area say "none". Defining a Control Surface means
that Live reacts automatically to whatever may be going on in the
Control Surface device (your Ozone). If you don't want that it is
better to use the Ozone as a traditional MIDI controller. Your pref's
settings below - under MIDI Ports - are correct and should do
perfectly well.

I DO like the Ozone to be a control surface, this way, (with the functionality that USED to work,) then the most useful controls PER SYNTH are given control from my Ozone knobs. I have 8 possible knobs and they should change function depending on which channel I select.

This was particularly useful whn the Mobius channel was selected, as the first knob  (on the Ozone) allowed be to choose which Mobius track to be on, and the other controlls selcted volume pan, feedback and secondary feedback.

A admit however that I DO need to have the track changing mapped to FCB1010 footswitch (I expect this needs to be a script) and I would be happy with tow footswitches mapped to NEXT TRACK and PREV TRACK

That was my next question heh heh...

It WOULD be good however to permanently have a readout somewhere on the Live interface that tells me what Mobius track I am on, currently it is just shown via a little drop down menu, that I cannot see with my eye sight (unless I am hunched over the screen!!!) Is i possible to ,make a limited view version of the mobius interface, that can be a floating (always in front) window over Live? (I think not...)
