?Which is what I've done Rainer.  I've never had a problem with UPS 
actually, and they're cheaper than DHL.  If I ever receive a "missed you" 
card from those bozos I'm going to redo it as a "couldn't be bothered" 
card 
for facebook etc.

With DHL (and any similar businesses, including e.g. UPS, postal
services etc.) there's a simple rule:
If they send something to you, they don't consider you a customer that
needs to be pleased. So typically, complaining to them will lead to
nothing.

The only thing you can do: talk to the company who sent you the stuff
and tell them you are dissatisfied with them because their logistics
contractor fucked up - and kindly ask them to complain to them. That
can help a lot (in my experience).
