Wait a mo.....isn't there a reaktor ensemble midi arpeggiator you can use? Maybe someone in the user group could build you one and add it into the ensemble you're already using?

...but I used it with a MIDI guitar. Worked well when not fucking up.
But if the bugs took it out you still had the guitar's audio going,
and the synth as non-arepeggio sound source behind the guitar sound.
