Your original example was 

> Multiply
> Wait cycle
> Wait cycle

So I thought you wanted to wait for cycles, which is reasonable
if you started with a short loop and used Multiply or InstantMultiply
to make a bunch of cycle.  But if you want to wait for subcycles
then yes "Wait subcycles 7".
