I see. I'm not sure.

If you click the right arrow on the title bar with MIDI learn selected you can see the parameters of the presets.

I don't know if there is a way to assign parameter sets to MIDI, but there should be.

Maybe the softsynth already has preassigned MIDI commands to cycle thru presets?
