It may be a matter of tweaking audio chunk processing relative to your
set. If you have some spare CPU head room, perhaps try a higher sample
rate and larger buffer size. I know 128 is prob the minimum concerning
latency but you can take a rather unorthodox approach and use the
drive compensation error function; granted that is not what it is
there for.
