The only clearly identifiable piece is way over on the left.

If you notice, at the bottom edge of it it says "M5".

I looked around online a little bit and found a match:

As for the other stuff, all generically black with knobs, it's hard to 
tell unless you ar familiar with a particular module.

I am not.

One can think of it all as "one beast" or as a collection of modules.

Who knows...
