RE: Lucid Dream Cities

Title: Lucid Dream Cities
On your track 7 (Rain-Metal-Stone) is that your new tiny bows playing? How did that work with the looping? I have always found that longer strokes of the bow are harder to synch with the general regenerating rhythm. Was this with the computerised echoplex or the Augustus looper?

thanks

This new album was recorded before, during, and shortly after a small tour of England (a Tuesdays Post gig in Letchworth and one in London). The stylistically quite diverse sketches and pieces, all improvised, can be seen as a showcase for the kind of music I find myself creating at the end of 2014. While I was travelling in trains through the rainy south of England, listening to this material on my headphones, they also seemed to comprise some sort of coherent dreamscape - a visionary soundscape for a city too vast to be real
