Do TC boxes use a different polarity of 9 V power?

My X2 is 9v center negative.

There is a factory reset for the X2:

Ditto X2: How to do a factory reset

Question

How do I reset the Ditto X2 to the factory settings?

Answer

In order to reset the Ditto X2, press and hold the Loop switch for 13 seconds. The Loop switch LED will blink orange (once) and red (once) when the reset is complete. Please note that this will clear all data, including stored track files.

There is likely a version of this reset for the X4
