Dear Siobahn and Tim and others out in JAMMANland, Unless your machines have a serial number prefix <394 all you will need to do is follow the upgrade instructions in the manual and make sure that you are taking all precautions against getting static into the machine. If your machine does have a serial number prefix prior to 394 you will need a special "posidrive" screw driver in order to remove the posidrive screw that were used in the earlier machines.
