Yes, that Guitar Player article is the bomb.
There was a follow-up to Electric Mud, also on the Cadet Concept label,
entitled After the Rain. Cosey's on it. No reissue so far.

Hey, I just got a Whammy II. Anyone else got one? It's pretty
straightfoward, but a manual is always cool.
