Absolutely the right direction.  I would be willing to help register a 
domain
name, I think it's about $100 and would donate half to the effort.  As far 
as
disk space for a sample page, I  think there are enough free sites or low
cost providers that we can get 20 meg for $20/month.  Why don't you set up 
a
list of expenses and publish them to see what the reply would bring.  Go 
for
