Reg- Consider me the horse's mouth, among other equine orifices (orifici?) Some dealers have them on order already. Some dealers don't order until they get a consumer request. Some dealers have credit problems. Some dealers keep a good number "in the pipeline" and are usually near the top of the list... Every time I say two weeks, I get calls on the 15th day.
