Re[2]: Jamman goes down during live performance.

I've had problems with the polarity setting on the Roland 5SU (maybe not
the
right number, but it's their nice switch which dovetails together with
other's
of it's ilk to for a nice switch row. There are two types: Latched and
Unlatched).

If the polarity is in the wrong position the footswitch and controls don't
function at all. The display acts strange and the unit definitely acts
sick.

This is also a problem with my Boss GX-700. (I'm going to mark my
footswitches
soon.) It hasn't been a big problem though. A reboot of the unit and a
polarity
reversal cures the problem.

Hopefully your problem is as simple as that.

Good Luck,
-Miko
