My comments regarding counters in PC burners were based on information from my PC repair shop. I also have two colleagues whose burners have packed in as they approached the 1000 CD mark. If any manufacturer can disprove the presence of a counter then, let's hear from them. I am willing to aopologise if I have forwarded misinformation. I would like to be wrong about this as it smacks of dishonesty, something we can all do without.
