ok, so i have my echoplex
ive been making some great loops(i got the thing not long ago)and ive set 
the
insert to reverse
now ive been reading up on how to actually 'insert' stuff and im seeing 
that
the insert button does a whole lot
so this question goes for the veteran loopers
do you reverse the loop, and then switch the quantization to insert 
etc.....
and are there any other things to be weary of in quantization setting
