i just received the east coast tape

tapeheads,
        remind me again, are we supposed to use noise reduction or not? 
how 
long can our piece be? and who am i supposed to send it to? someone is on 
vacation. who is that? also, am i allowed to listen to the other pieces on 
the tape or not? how many days do i have to tape something before i send 
it 
out? i am sure all these things have discussed already. sorry for my lack 
of 
retention.
