Lexicon MPX G2+MPX R1 anyone?

hello folks,
i'm in the process of buying a Lexicon MPX G2 with footcontroller MPX R1.
the best price i got is from speir music @$1345[$995+$350].
If someone else on the list is interested maybe  we can get a better
price.......
