Vortex/MD

Hi all-
 
Anyone know if Lexicon will still do repairs on a Vortex? I need to get mine fixed- it's a bummer b/c I know it's not a big problem but I can't seem to fix it myself-
 
Also, where has everyone found the cheapest place to purchase blank MD media?
