I wish I could say the same but a few months ago, my hard disc went kapoot and along with it went my Cubase VST/24. Cubase uses a floppy key to unlock the program. Since my key was used, I was unable to reinstall it without a replacement floppy. I've made no less than a dozen calls to Steinberg, and almost as many emails and still I'm yet to hear anything back from them. It's companies like this that make my wonder why I pay for software.
