There's also a program called "Amen". It's mostly intended for 'jungle' musicians, as it's made to randomly re-arrange drum lines while staying in rhythm. Of course, you can load any .wav file into it. It basically divides your wave into even quarters, sixteenths, or whatever and then you press a button to have it randomly rearrange your wave (non destructively).
