SP-202 again

Hi!
Anyone tried to read the Sp-202 smartmedia cards into a PC?
There are some interesting tools, the Flash-Path and a PCMCIA 
smartmedia-port.
They are usually used to import digital-camera gifs, but perhaps they can
handle
audio-data...
