Boss DD-5 vs. DL4

Hi ya'll,

    I've been weighing lately on which unit to get.  The debate lies in
whether or not the "hold" setting on the Boss is more useful than the
decaying loop on the DL4.  How does the Digital Delay on the DL4 sound?
Just as good as the DD5?  Also, is there a way to manipulate the pitch of
the loop with the DL4?
