that's right, I saw him use it here in Cologne last month. He used it for 
one solo guitar piece, building up multiple voices, grooves, and chord 
changes ... not bad although I found that at one point it started to get a 
little bit out of control, rhythmwise. As an Echoplex user, I found it 
striking that apparently he could switch single loops on and off while the 
others continued to run.
