have a look at  the <A

Volume peds, get a Morley if you can( Zero scratchyness,  optical 
mechanism). 
Watch out for vintage vol peds which give a significant drop in overall 
volume (though OK if you can compensate with a mixer). 
Back then they didn't have the special pots they have nowadays.
