Lots of experience internet users still use Outlook Express..
The problem with it is that it comes installed with HTML encoding
turned on for email.  Most newbies don't realize this and don't
know that HTML encoded messages are not readable by many other
users or that they require much more data to be transmitted
that a plain-text message - if they even know that there is
a difference.
