I don't have any of the equipment you mentioned so I can't say first-hand, but if the Casio CZ-5000 has a MIDI-OUT port and your Alesis Quadraverb has a MIDI-IN you're on your way. Connect the MIDI-OUT to the MIDI-IN and hit a key of the keyboard and see what happens. This is a place to start, next look for settings on these devices to select how MIDI information is sent and received [this is different for different equipment]. In theory you should be able to control the effects unit with your keyboard and controllers. I guess, try it and see what happens!!
