Couldn't you buy it from Alto in NY for much cheaper? Sounds like a lot of dough but I don't know exchange rates so...

but yes- the EDP is THE looper to have IMO although the joy of looping can be had in MANY pieces of less sophisticated gear- i.e. Jam Man, PDS 8000, multi pedals by Zoom etc.
