digi 001 & pro tools le

I'm thinking about buying the Digi 001 Pro Tools Le package as well as a 
new
G4 (400 mhz single processor) 

does anyone have any pros or cons on this package. Or perhaps if someone
could spec out the machine they use with pro tools.
