Go with the Digital Music Corp. Ground Control.  I needn't say much more.  
It's
a great controller: powerful, versitile (especially inconjunction with the
patchbay/loop switching GCX) and incredibly durable (I've been using the 
same
controller for the past 6 years and it's been subject to about every live
performance hazard and keeps on ticking).  At around $300, it is THE 
poorman's
Bradshaw switcher.  I use it to provide switching via GCX loops for a rack 
full
of unruly pedals, to send program change and realtime CC to my Se-50 and to
