You could use Repeater like a delay line by setting an initial loop length
and then just leaving it in record mode with the overdub regeneration set 
to
your desired amount. This means you could have a 190 second delay with the
memory that ships with Repeater.

Jim,
Yes, the 4 tracks are of the same length. They are essentially 4 parts to
the loop. Things you can do on a per track basis:
Pitch shift
Track position (good for phasing and composing)
FX send
Level
Resample/bounce
Record
Overdub
