I thought the same thing for the first months I owned mine. After much tweaking of the mix and output parameters on each patch, and carefully adjusting the input level and aux send controls on my mixer, I can record straight to DAT with no hiss, clicks or pops. -><- On Wed, 27 Sep 2000, K.
