I'd suggest looking specifically for amp / cabinet emulations, which exist on most of the signal processors out there today. I use both a pair of Zoom 2100's and an old Alesis Quadraverb+, which both sport this kind of thing, and weren't expensive at all. (And they work in the UK too!)
