My seminars typically have eleven men and two women. The majority of graduates in Music at Mills are men and this is a women's college. It is difficult for me to understand why women are not applying in greater numbers to this program. I would appreciate feedback and suggestions on this situation and I would love to see more women in composition and technology here at Mills.
