New Looper? CTech ChopShop

I haven't heard mention of this product before!  Has anyone ever seen 
one/tried one?  It doesn't look like much, but they advertise 32 seconds 
of 
digital record, looks like no overdub, but a playback speed choice of 1/3 
1/2 or 2/3 speed.
